Hello, i am begging you to fix a massive issue your company obviously has by choosing to use a bad third party to install your appliances. It is now day 6 after my installation was scheduled and i am still waiting to have my washer, dryer, and fridge installed. I have spent no less than 16 hours on the phone with the case managers and no less than 16 hours more waiting for the four hour windows i was promised delivery/install during - yet i still have nothing in my new home. This entire experience has actually ruined what was supposed to be a joyous celebration of my first home purchase in America & I worked very hard to be able to do this on my own. I have always supported Best Buy and told others that your company was good - but as i sit here having wasted more in my salaried work hours trying to track down the install people - XPO logistics couldn't be worse (they lie about coming back, about calling and about doing their job) - than i did on the appliances, i now expect your company to fix this issue so i can focus on finally having something to wash my clothes with a week later, food in my house instead of me paying daily for food delivery, on my job instead of being asked to be home when i have to be at work bc "that's the only time they can install maam", and being lied to or placated even though i did everything right and booked the installation for my move in date when i officially took a day off work to be here. At this point in time, your company should rightly just pick up the cost of the appliances at a minimum because i have spent more than 30 hours on this and more than that in angst and i'm very very upset and angry. Today i had to beg a friend to be at my house for the install window of four hours, and she kindly showed up 30 mins early to then spend 5 hours here for nothing. because again NOONE SHOWED UP. If this is the way my company did business, we 'should' and would be out of business. It's shocking. And the amount of follow up i have had to do is unacceptable. Why you would stake your reputation on a third party like XPO is beyond me. They are horrible. So, i'm at the end of my tether having left work early again bc i was assured they were still coming, even though they were hours late (and six days late) and again, they didn't show up. I am at the point that i simply don't know what to do. Please share your suggestion of how to fix a problem that shouldn't be mine - the appliances are in my garage for god's sake - the installer left them there on the day of installation however didn't show up with a second person, as he should have and the rest is a horrible history.
