This is a quick synopsis of the issue. My son on the 13th of this month was hit and by another progressive customer who blew a .209 alcohol level in Florida ran a stop sign and hit the driver side of my sons car. Then this person drove away from the scene until her front tire fell off where she then ran from the scene. With this said I have been lied to, ran around on the phone and my customer contact person tried to bully me into giving a recorded statement that everyone knows that you do not have to do. Now all of this is totally uncalled for but to do this and my son who did nothing wrong I have a problem with that.

So this is what I do when these kinds of problems occur. I start by finding every corporate person I can from every area I can find them and I start emailing, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and any other social media I can get including the News-Press. I did that one three time so far and it works great in getting people to notice that I am not playing around. Ask Toyota. Please before I go nuts all I want is this resolved. We are not trying to get anything that is not due to us. The problem fixed and a rental so my son does not have to drive the car your people say is unsafe.

I have spent two days trying unsuccessfully to get this fixed and I am tired of getting the run around please help and reply to this email tomorrow 07/25/2018.
