I have a concern regarding the speaker I have sent for repair. This is to bring to your notice that my speaker has had the same charging issue twice. And this piece was defective like many other in the same category where it always had charging issues and ultimately couldn't charge at all.
I had asked for the replacement of the product when it was under warranty itself. But support had just temporarily fixed it instead.. Still the charging was not proper. And the problem Occured again. Now you guys are asking for 1200 for its repair. And that too with just one month warranty And This product will go bad again in 2 months as its a faulty one. My experience with jbl had been really bad. I wish I had purchased some other brand which would have been cheaper and better instead.
Regretting my decision of wasting money in such expensive speaker.
You should return my money
Really not happy with your services.
