This morning I had an awful experience with your call center. I called to canx two transaction and a simple call turned into me being attacked verbally with racial commits. Needless to say I am Not happy. I 'm contacting you but I will be contacting my local news, BBB and the NAACP. I'm sure I'm not the only person this person has said these things to. There was an issue trying to verify my name and when I ask to be transferred the person ask me if I was black and told me to go to AFRICA. I did call him an idiot and a few other choice words after asking several times to be transferred to someone else. I ended up hanging up and call and back and the lady was very helpful and got me taken care of. The issue was that my maiden name was apart of my name. She transferred me to a manager what told me the person would be trained. This is unacceptable this person should be Fired . I look forward to hear back form you. Thank you for your time.
