Good afternoon Mr. Creed. I am very upset and annoyed at the fact that your employees do not provide quality customer service. Not to mention mobile ordering is a complete fail. I placed an order via mobile and my mistake it went to a different location, so I was charged for my mobile order of $14.33 and had to re-order at the correct store and pay again. I figured not problem I can call and get a refund. So I called the Fountain Valley location on Warner and spoke to the manager that indicated he could not issue a refund for the mobile order and that I had to contact corporate. I emailed three times no response. So I decided to call and your rude customer service lady on the phone kept interrupting me saying, "no if you ordered through yelp you have to go through yelp' so I asked if there was anyone else I can speak to and she said no. I understand that $14.33 is not a lot of money to you, however, when someone is eating Taco Bell for dinner it only makes sense that their budget only allows for that type of meal.
I do not appreciate the amount of time wasted when all I am asking is for my refund for merchandise I did not receive. Hopefully this email gets a response. At this point I am not hopeful.
