Jay Altman SCAAIDD Conference Committee sent a message to Nitin Sahney that said:
Mr. Sahney,
I work with a professional association (South Carolina Chapter, American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities). We have a conference each year, and last year, Omnicare supported us an a Sponsor, and paid for an exhibit table at our conference.
This year, my efforts to have Omnicare return as a Sponsor were, to say the least, disappointing. From February 2018 and forward, I sent 10 emails to Chris Giaritelli, Southeast Sales Manager. He responded to two email, one to tell me it was too early to plan for our October conference, and another asking for a copy of our conference brochure, to submit for approval.
We wanted to give last years sponsors a chance to return, in appreciation of their past support.
I have not heard back from Mr. Giartelli, either yes or no.
I even sent him and email that required a simple YES or NO response, to no avail.
Many attendees at our conference represent entities utilizing "closed door" pharmacies, so we are a gateway to that part of your potential customer base.
I am disappointed, frustrated, and feel minimalized by the lack of response from Mr. Giaritelli. A simple YES or NO would have sufficed.
I would expect more from a Regional Sales Director. Wouldn't you ?
Thank you for reading this message, and I hope to hear from you or a member of your team.
