received two emails from Pay
Pal immediately before
I closed the account! So;
receiving emails from
Pay Pal isn't the problem.
I received two emails for
changing my password and
removing the prepaid card
but not for closing my
Pay Pal account!
Foreign call centers are
stealing American identities!
The Pay Pal call center
in the Philippines said
my account was closed in
a phone conversation. I
asked where is the
confirmation email and
employee Juana replied
she just sent it and I
should see it. I told
her it hasnât arrived!
She kept insisting that
I see it, not asking me
if I see it. I requested
to be transferred to
the call centers in the
United States. I was put
on hold for a while and
Supervisor Alex got on
the phone. She was not
in America and put me on
hold for a manager. The
manager Rachael got on
the phone and refused to
confirm what country she
was in and refused to
transfer me to a call
center in the United States.
I believe there's a law
outsourced call centers
must comply with if a
customer ask to be
transferred to a call
center in the United States.
Furthermore; I should
be able to close my own
account as instructed by
your software! Someone
has taken over or
switched my record and
account in the Pay Pal
database! These are
problems consistent with
account switching, identity
theft and account takeover.
The result is system and
software malfunctions that
don't make sense such as
not being able to close
my own account. Iâve no
control over my own account
if I canât close it myself!
Please start an investigation.
I set up this Pay Pal
account with my business
credentials to raise funds
with and for Alzheimer's.
I've been electronically
stalked many years as an
inventor of valuable technology.
