Dear Keith,
I bought my harley last year into the riding season in michigan from Brighton Harley Davidson. My bike a 2014 fld switchback, which I bought for the hard bags and then being able to switch to a city cruiser was ideal for me. I had long wanted a Harley and decided to pick me up one. Well I have had issues with the bags from the latches being replaced to now when riding to work my left side bag just falls off on the highway being totally ruined. My dealership Brighton Harley of michigan tells me they contacted harley about replacing under warranty and you guys say no, you don't know what happened. Well neither do I, it just fell off and I'm 100% sure my bag was locked on properly. I spent 22,000 on this bike new and under warranty you refuse to pay for a piece of the bike. That's not standing behind your bikes or your quality. If you want brand loyalty you must honor the customer. My left side bag needs to be replaced and my bike made whole again under warranty.
