Mr. House, I recently had an interaction with your customer service team regarding my six – Andrew House email address

Jason sent a message to Andrew House President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. that said:

Mr. House,
I recently had an interaction with your customer service team regarding my six month old Playstation 4. I wanted you to know about it. My unit is one of the units with a faulty fan--it revs up quickly and the system gets very hot.
I find it deplorable that after talking to a service representative, Sony's policy is "you bought a $400 piece of equipment from us, it was faulty from the get go and now we will send you a refurbished model to 'fix' the problem." I feel I deserve a new and dependable unit--after all, that is what I thought I was buying.
Everything I own is Sony--my Vaio laptop, my Bravia TV, my surround sound and my PS2, PS3, PS Vita and PS4. This is the first real problem I've run into and I'm unimpressed with the solution. There are plenty of models of excellent customer service solutions out there so I won't take the time to make a recommendation, but I really wish the customer service team would do more than hand out scripted responses meant to make me feel better.
