Amtrak train stopped at 330 am in our town the diner car was on fire, our fire dept responded and we put out the fire, we filled out the fire report and bill and submitted that to a William carney inspector in st Louis, we have contacted them several times as to wonder where the bill for the fire call needed to be sent.. with little response,, maybe you can direct us where to send a copy of the fire report and bill to be paid, the diner car is to my knowledge sitting sidelined in Carbondale Illinois. thank you
