Even after chasing you guys for close to one month, no resolution has been provided yet. Even today, your branch manager Rinki Tiwari spoke to me and told me that Sonali Sarkar has admitted that she mistakenly did this but she cannot help me further. She even asked us to complain to higher authorities, consumer court or whoever we wish.
Just FYI, I was promised for Preferred Member Plus Package and was told for more than 3 months that my package is Preferred Member Plus only and on 16th of April I was forwarded an E-Order mentioning this same. Find the E-Order in the trailing mail, marked in yellow. But, when talking with your Head-Office, they confirmed that its Silver Package.
We will request you to either upgrade our package to Preferred Member Plus Package or refund our total money within 2 days. Failing which, we will be forced to move to consumer forum and cyber crime cell against you.
