Laurel sent a message to Michael White that said:
Mr. Michael;
When you look at the records on my account you will see the numerous times I have contacted your company to say I had not been receiving HGTV during the year and more I have paid for your service. When your technician came to my home this month (September 2015), he discovered part of the dish apparatus that brings the signal to my home was faulty.
Now I am in receipt of yet another bill from you. This time for$63.02. I would have left your service for another provider, were it not for your company adding insult to injury--and threatening to bill me over $200.00 for breaking my contract.
In my opinion it is your company who has been in breech of contract this past year. I suggest you owe me a refund for the year, AND $200.00 for YOUR breech of contract.
Needless to say, I am not paying this bill. Nor will I pay for any breech should I choose another provider.
