@att – Randall Stephenson – Dear Randall,

I have spent the last two hours on hold working my way through

Patty Hirt sent a message to Randall Stephenson that said:

Dear Randall,

I have spent the last two hours on hold working my way through ATT&T employees that are not empowered.

Earlier this year I had to renew my company phone, I was told about the NEXT plan. A 30 month contract designed to give me immediate access to new equipment without contract changes or financial penalties. A simple payment plan. It was a company phone and they like to buy equipment up front but since I would have access to the new phones. I signed on the dotted line. I am now learning that everything I was told during the sales process at your store in Chicago was not as transparent as it should have been. I now have to pay a lump sum in order to get the new phone. Not turn my phone in and upgrade to the new phone.
I am now employed by a different company and have a company issued phone and have kept the AT&T phone because I signed a contract. I am good on my word, now I am asking AT&T to make good on their word and no one can seem to help me.
I am executive with a mall company in Chicago, I chose the NEXT installment plan for access to new phone without financial penalties not for personal economic reasons.
I would like to trade in my iphone 6 for the Iphone 6S without extending my contract or paying off my current phone like the sales associate from AT&T said that I could when I signed up for this plan.
I have found this whole process deceptive and slightly disturbing that people are "sold" on a plan that doesn\'t exist the way they described.
I am now waiting for one of four people to call me back on Monday. The employee could not share a name with me other than, one of four people that don\'t work on Saturday. I spoke to Brent Rusting (sp) and Jen Kenney (sp) today.
I look forward to your proposed resolution. Thank you. Patty Hirt (re: phone 312-972-6250) Patty.hirt@gmail.com
