My name is Melissa Michaels and my husband and I are so sorely dissapointed with Comcast Xfinity.
We have been told many different things by different people regarding our service which is very discouraging as all we want is to feel safe and secure, and we were hoping Comcast could provide that for us. This seems easier said than done.
It started with the initial set up-from the strange behavior the installer presented, which made me uncomfortable to the misinformation we were given when trying to get set up. We were told we would get a free camera with the set up. We did not, so when trying to reach someone that could tell us why we didn\'t receive the camera with set up proved to be difficult, we questioned on our safety, if you guys cant even get your story straight what makes me think we\'d be safe in your hands.
We were provided with a free camera finally, and now here we are, a month later with a bill that reflects a charge for the "free" camera. Again, on the phone with people that seem to not know anything or can help in any way, dropping our phone calls and just flat out being told we cant be helped. I am pissed to say the least. I shouldn\'t have to feel worse after getting robbed when all we want is to feel safe in our home knowing that the service you provide will help us if this were to happen to us again. I want decent customer service at this point-I\'m not even asking for GREAT customer service, as I know that will not happen. I want someone who can tell me what is going on and provide a solution for us, instead of just throwing hands up in the air.
I write this to ask for your help, to make you aware of the horrible service Comcast continues to provide in hopes that not only do you fix our situation, but maybe fix Comcast in general.
I\'d like to say I\'ll tell all my friends about this and make sure I hurt your reputation, but sadly everyone I know already is aware of your crap service.
