I bought some furniture (two chairs and an ottoman, order # 05247707718200) from your Pottery Barn store on Knox Street in Dallas, TX. on September 4, 2015.
I received an email informing me of the scheduled delivery of the furniture, scheduled by your service for 08:30 AM to 10:30 AM on 10/16/2015. I took the day off, so as to be home for the delivery.
The furniture never arrived. I did not receive a phone call or an email informing me it would not be delivered.
Would you please explain why.
I will NEVER shop in your retail establishments again.
