Sharon Gales sent a message to Glen Post that said:

If I had been told that I would be charged for writing a check for your service I would not have signed up for it. Your customer service in plain English sucks. I was without phone and internet service for 3 days this month and was told I would be compensated for it. I was not. In fact my bill went up $10.00 because I do not do auto pay.
I do not like being lied to. This is no way to do business. I suggest you check on it and do something about it before you start losing customers
