Dear Mr Hartley,
Perhaps you should not accept your managers version of customer complaints as "gospel" I am sure that your managers want to reflect their actions in the most favorable light to them.
Never the less, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with your response. It contains several items of inaccurate information and incorrectly assumes that I am seeking monetary reimbursement for the rodent damage to my vehicle. I find the actions of the Albuquerque office of Truly Nolan to be unacceptable and in conflict with your companies Mission Statement.
