Several months ago I purchased merchandise for a friend at your store in Scranton pa ..I used my target card to purchase the items but forgot I had used it. last month your collection people called and said I was two months late with my payment, my wife got the call and I called back and explained that every month I call your 800 number to find out what I owe and pay it at that time.. for the last 4 months I have called and was told by your automated system and told that I had a zero balance I explained this to your people and they told me that that was impossible... I have been a loyal shopper at your store since it opened here in pa and never to my knowledge been late with a payment before , furthermore I did not recieve a bill last month or the month before nor did I recieve a bill for for this upcoming month of november yet. I woluld appreciaate it if you could look into this and remove this mark from my credit report , hoping this can be resolved and I can continue being a loyal customer of target
