It is with great dismay that I contact you. I have been a customer of Macy\'s for many years. I purchased two Tommy Hilfiger 2 button blazers at the Macy\'s store at 6:20 pm on Oct. 23, 2015 at the sales price of $77.70 each, I used a 25.00 coupon because I was told that I could not use the 30% coupon that Macy\'s email with a statement saying "we heard you had trouble shopping with us recently.... When I showed the sales lady the coupon she said that I could not use it. Upon my return home, I discovered that my purchases were cheaper online - 74.99. I called Macy\'s customer service for a price adjustment; using my 30% coupon. The first consumer service rep. was more than happy to help, unfortunately we were disconnected. I called back and the next customer service rep. told me that he was unable to help. When I asked for a Supervisor, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, without anyone asking me to continue to wait. Out of frustration, I hung up and called another customer service rep. This rep. (Dom) told me that I will have to return to the store, then he said he will call the store, and ask for an adjustment and then we were disconnected. Prior to this he asked for my telephone number, but he never called back. All I am requesting is a price adjustment and to use my 30% coupon Code: XEAHTCBQWBVA. I shop at Macy\'s at least once a week for years and this is the first time that I have been treated so badly. With the exception of the first person I spoke to, the customer service was, in a word, horrible. I always join "Thank you for Sharing" because I like spending my money at Macy\'s, but I am concerned when I have to contact Macy\'s for something as small as a price adjustment. I am a excellent customer who pays my bill ahead of time. I have never paid interest on my account, in many instances I have given Macy\'s more money than is required to pay my entire bill. To be treated like I do not matter is utterly disgusting. To make matters worst, I have been emailed an incident number(151023-004638) with a statement that I will be contacted within 24 hours.
