To whom it may concern I am not sure which is why I have added a representative from both companies.

I recently visited a Taco Bell, which I have done so regularly since September 24th. You are currently running a promotion for a chance to win a Gold PS4 if you purchase a Quesarito Big Box. Today when receiving my order i was given a plain box and was told there will be no more promotional boxes. Your contest clearly states it will run until 11/4/2015 11:59:59 ET. I informed the employee that handed me my order that i would like my box with the code on it as i have been playing daily trying to win the PS4 for my daughter since i could not afford her one for christmas due to having other children to buy for as well. It was at this time that i was informed there will be no more boxes or codes and that i would have to go online to play. I asked who could i speak to in regards and was told to take it up with corporate or Sony. So therefore I am.

It is in bad taste to run a contest and to blindly lead your customers and not fullfill your end of the deal. Taco Bell in my opinion is giving bad PR for sony and vice versa by this happening. The employee who assisted me is also not professional by the way he talked to and treated me the customer.

I frequently shop Taco Bell and enjoy the food very much and at the same time I have owned every generation of playstation since it was released and always spend my time in lines for hours to purchase it on launch day so yeas you could say I am a dedicated customer to both brands. So to be left feeling the way I did today was truly a let down. I feel as though now all my time and money spent up to this point was a waste as it refers to the contest.

This is clearly a case of false advertisement on behalf of Taco Bell and furthermore Sony as well. I hope to get a clear response and resolution and hope that this does not fall on deaf ears. If so I will have to take my concerns to the media.

I look forward to hearing from either company.
