Barbara Kaplan sent a message to Terry Lundgren that said:
I am a very frustrated Macy\'s credit card holder. I have a $627.20 credit on my credit card. On August 15, I requested a check be mailed to me. I never received it and called again. It is now almost November and I just signed in to my Macy\'s credit card account and it shows that I have a $627.20 credit.
I can not believe what horrible service I am receiving. If I owed Macy\'s money, I would be hounded for my money. This is my money and I can\'t get your company to send me the amount in a check.
Please help. This makes me not want to shop at your store and I feel that I need to tell everyone what a horrible experience I have had.
Can you remedy this problem.
