Dear Sir:
I had a very stressful experience in store #8703
On 11/06/2015 at 6:00pm and need to share. My husband is a 100 percent disabled veteran and we live on his disability. As the holidays approach sales are very important to me to provide gifts to our 3 grandsons. I had numerous items in my cart to purchase, and I watch the cash register. The first item was 20 percent off but did not ring up as such.. The very nice young man (Miguel) went back to the shelf with me to read the sign. He agreed it was on sale and needed a supervisor. After numerous calls a woman arrived. Miguel showed her the sign and asked several times for her to do it.. Mind you I can not leave my husband alone for long periods of time so this interaction between the two countries as stressful. Miguel apologized for the delay and tried to explain to his boss what needed to be done. As this was happening another clerk from the next register entered the conversation.. She shouted out that I was wrong, to let the supervisor take care of it and told mr to be quiet! Now all the shoppers are looking and wondering what is going on. I asked her to only handle her register and to let Miguel take care of his, she again shouted I was wrong.. Her name was Marilyn and she caused me stress and embarrassment when no on had asked for her help. The supervisor said she did not understand the sign, that all the signs were hard to figure out. Miguel assured her it was clearly stated and after 20 minutes of discussion the transaction was complete. I will now toy shop at Target as the holidays should not be a bad memory.
Respectfully
Dorothy Morales
