I am a 62 year old male living in Omaha, Ne. who has Coventry as his medical insurance. Recently through blood test I have been diagnosed through several blood tests to have an Autoimmune Disease. The one that have most likely have is Dermatomyositis, however to truly confirm this is the one I must have a full body MRI to confirm muscle loss. Whatever struggling Doctor or nurse Coventry uses to screen these requests has denied this.
This disease along with the Kidney Cancer I had six years ago (in remission) has cause my severe pain in both my legs and arms. Like many Autoimmune Disease by the end of work I am very week and tired, near exhaustion. I am a Lead Attorney for the Sarpy County Attorney\'s Office.
I would greatly appreciate if it you would contact Coventry of Nebraska and personally approve this and any procedure that my Doctor feels would benefit my health. While the disease may not be cured, it can be arrested.
