I would like to ask for your personal help in arranging the following which your customer service team, surprisingly, seem unable to do.
My son (Mark Korn) and his girlfriend will be travelling tomorrow night (19th November) on your flight FR 7407 departing Copenhagen at 21.45pm to Luton London.
As they have just got engaged I want to arrange that a bottle of champagne be served to them during the flight which I am happy to pay for in advance.
Can you arrange this for me.
