Just ordered at my local Pizza Hut last evening via on-line. waited the customary 30 minutes, as the order stated. went to retrieve my ordered meal and was told it was just gong into the oven. NO Problem. waited another 15 min. went into the Hut, now told it is going to be another 30 minutes. A room full of people left, as I did. Seems as though this Hut decided DIS-honesty was the best policy. So, I am now over an hour to obtain a meal from somewhere simply because the Hut where I live could nit be up front with the customers. THEY RAN OUT OF DOUGH, so the manager now says. no recovery from the management, no offer for your next meal, just oh well, you want your money back or wait!!! This cannot be how you have asked management ti be trained at Yum brands.. this store needs a visit from the regional management for some training, you think?
