I hope that you have the time to contact me as I believe I have a suggestion that will help alleviate the problem on your vehicles (including Diesel) .
It is not expensive, is simple to fit & should improve the performance of your products.
I hope my suggestion will be investigated, and I shall be happy to pass it on to you in the hope that it helps you & VW to extricate themselves from the rather ignominious situation that they have got themselves into.
