Our family have had the same number for more than thirty years and I thought that it would we would receive more respect than we have receive the past few years. For month We have been complaining about the internet service that we have been receiving. The service is terrible, but we have no other choice because we live in a rural area, at least that is what we were told by one of your representatives. I have been yelled at, kept on the phone for long period times, switched from one representatives to another only to say I\'m transferring you back to another tech because I can\'t help you, given wrong information. So, I decided to google Century Link to see if I was the only person that was having problems and was so sorry to read that I wasn\'t the only person. One of your reps was so rude I just said okay ,and did not call back for a while. I have to say that there have been a few nice representatives, but for the most part very rude. I\'m emailing you because I felt like no one have been listening,and not to trouble you. Thank you so much for your time Sir.
