I have never complained to a company. As a long time BB&T customer I am in extremis with a problem no one seems to be able to fix. I spent five hours today trying to transfer $2000 from my online acct. to my son\'s acct. in Harrisonburg, Va. No one seems to be able to help. I even went to my brick and mortar bank. After one and half hours the best the manager could do was to offer a wire transfer for a fee of $25. What? my Pop person acct was supposed to do that but I couldn\'t get into the acct because I was a"security risk" and the transfer was locked down. This is unacceptable. The help desk was no help for they said (yes I called three times) I would have to cancel my accts and start over again? What, this is my own money . This problem is way past how a customer of the bank should be treated. There is much more to this story but sure has ruined thanksgiving.
