I would like to express my frustration with trying to place a toys r us order. I ordered item 133971 at noon today and received an acknowledgement email. Six hours I received a cancellation email due to it being unavailable. I went online and it was still available but now only ship to home rather than store pick up. This resulted in a $15.99 additional charge. This type of advertising just seems like bait and switch. I have 5 grandchildren and am on a very tight budget. I definitely will take this experience into consideration on future purchases.
