Dear Sir,
We purchased a Toyota Innova Model 2.5 G (E4LE) Package X,7S, Limited Edition, Registration No.UP 37B 6337 on 19th Oct 2014 in the name of Mr. Naresh Kumar Garg, R/o âKailash Dhamâ, 191 Sri Nagar Colony, Hapur, U.P. 245101 from Uttam Toyota, Noida showroom.
Its more than a year and we are facing problem of Coolant leakage with the said vehicle continuously.
The problem first faced on 5th August 2015, when suddenly the AC stopped working. When we checked the vehicle, we found that coolant has reduced to almost zero. We took the vehicle to the Uttam Toyota Ghaziabad service center and they after checking any apparent leakage, refilled the coolant and charged Rs. 2,536 us for the same under invoice no. TAX15 â 13501(enclosed).
After that again the coolant leaked and we registered the complaint with Uttam Toyota Ghaziabad Service Center and we visited them on 3rdOctober 2015. They kept the vehicle with them for 2 days and returned the same saying that the vehicle is now ok. ( Invoice No. TAX15 â 16956, enclosed)
But the issue not resolved and again the coolant level reduced automatically and again we registered a complaint with Uttam Toyota Ghaziabad Service Center and took the vehicle to them on 21st October 2015. They kept the vehicle for 4 â 5 days and after that returned saying that the vehicle is ok now and no such issue will arise in future. (Invoice no. TAX15 â 18020, enclosed)
But, again the coolant leaked automatically and the engineer from Uttam Toyota Ghaziabad Service Center visited us on 30th October 2015. After spending full day with the said vehicle, they could not found the problem and took the vehicle with them.
On 10th of November, head engineer from Bangalore visited Ghaziabad service center, but even he could not found the real problem. The vehicle is still lying with the Uttam Toyota Ghaziabad Service Center since 30th October 2015.
Toyota as well as Uttam Toyota asked us to give permission for dismantling the engine but we clearly denied the same. Now they are not giving us any satisfactory answer how the said issue will be resolved.
We are facing financial as well as mental harassment form TOYOTA which is very painful for us.
Is this is the trust / quality / service which TOYOTA advertising on Television Ads and Print media????.
We have written mails to Toyota customer care also but we are not getting any response on our mails also.
Whether this is called âToyotaâs customer first policyâ?
Whether there is no responsibility of the company if a manufacturing defect arises in the product once sold?
We are writing this mail to you expecting a quick response and prompt resolution of this problem from your end.
Our humble request to please look into the matter and direct your officials to take necessary action in this matter. (i.e. replace the said vehicle with a new one).
