@SearsHoldings – Edward Lampert – My daughter purchased a refrigerator from your company. It was supposed to be delivered Nov

Dean Eisenberg sent a message to Edward Lampert that said:

My daughter purchased a refrigerator from your company. It was supposed to be delivered Nov 16 to her home in New York City. After waiting home for four (4) promised delivery date, several units were delivered but the delivery men stated the item being delivered was damaged. They finally accepted a severely dented unit after being promised it would be replaced. HOWEVER, they have learned they were being charged for the "free" delivery and Sears would replace the door on the damaged unit. And, in addition to the charge for the "free" delivery, they were charge more for the item after being assured they would receive a credit to compensate them for the considerable time, effort and aggravation they endured.
PLEASE HELP! My daughter and her husband both work and have neither the time nor the patience to deal with this.
Sincerely,

Dean Eisenberg
