dear Mr Post. I don\'t know where to begin. We closed n account with your company because what was promised in mgb was not delivered. they came out and installed a modem which did not get close to what they said could be done. Then i was told a different modem would solve the problem. They came out and installed it but it did not solve the problem. So we cancelled with century link. I returned 2 modems and they had a record of the modems returned but it never got to billing. To make a long story short I have spent countless hours trying to finalized my bill and get my refund. every time I called i was transferred to several departments and sometimes ended up with the department I started with. i was also told everything was taken care of to find out it was not. the last person I spoke to assured me it was all taken care of. I have not seen the check so do not have much faith. I will wait the 12 days her said it would take before I call again. I was also told they have no supervisors so no one I could go to to coordinate. I am not talking about a lot of money but it should not be difficult to get a small problem like this taken are of.
