Hi Scott
I am deeply frustrated and concerned about the quality of service to customers by center point. I submitted a request on 31-Oct for a new gas connection @ 3406 Radha Lane houston, TX 77018 , and check for status almost every week, with no success. Every time I call in, waiting atleast 30 mins to connect to a service representative. I get different status every week. And boy the reps are RUDE, all I am asking for is when will the new gas meter be installed, and no one seems to give me that answer. The first 15 days they claimed the city of Houston did not release the gas line for the service address, which the city inspectors deny saying that the inspection and approval was done early to mid October. On 13-Nov Center point changed its status claiming they do see the city release forms, and a week after that they denied they have any approval for gas meter on the address. I then asked to speak to a supervisor but turned out with a similar bad experience. I understand as customers we have no choice but Center point for gas, . I kindly request to expedite this request so we can move into the new home soon and avoid unnecessary expenses due to the delay.
