Dear Ms Smith

I saw your add on TV for Steak and Lobster for $14.99 and decided to take my family to your Milpitas, California location at the Great Mall on 11/08/15. We talked to the server and I told her that we would like to order the STEAK AND LOBSTER SPECIAL! She took our order, and the food was served, the lobster was great the steak was very dry and we did not eat the steak. We told the server, she just apologized and did nothing about it, which was a joke to us as it was that easy for her to do. We started believing that this might be a regular occurrence at the restaurant as the insincere apology came so fast and easy. I believed that OUTBACK stood by its quality and reputation but much to our surprise it was quite the opposite at this restaurant. Then came another surprise after receiving the bill as it showed $18.99 for STEAK AND LOBSTER. When we questioned the server about the price she quite quickly responded without any emotion and said that "WE DON\'T HONOR THAT HERE NOR DOES ANY OUTBACK RESTAURANT IN CALIFORNIA AS THEY ARE ALL FRANCHISE RESTAURANTS", REALLY??? WHAT A SHOCKER!!!

This was a VERY UNPLEASANT/NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE FOR US! I would like to know how your company will correct this issue and what you would do for us as I believe that this was a BAIT AND SWITCH situation due to FALSE ADVERTISING.

I emailed you previously on 11/14/15 but did not receive any reply or call. I called your corporate office at 1813-282-1225 a few times just to get someone to answer and finally got through to someone that transferred me to an extension where no one answered the call but gave an option to leave a message. I still haven\'t received a call from any one in your company.
