I came to Carmax because of the philosophy and beliefs, and integrity that the company was built on.
I was with Carmax for about 1.5 years, and truely enjoyed my job and met a lot of great people. I worked very hard at my job, even running at times to do my job better, moving and loading cars on my truck. working my off day\'s and sometimes off the clock even, to meet customer and store needs.
Although I enjoyed my work and was VERY good at my job, I also experienced some behavior from mgmt. and others in high positions that totally go against everything that was taught in training video\'s.
I am not a disgruntle employee, nor do I want to cause any kind of bad blemish on the company what so ever. I just felt that someone needs address the concerns of the associate\'s that are still employed with Carmax. Carmax is a very great place to work and I would recommend to anyone, but some choose to abuse others with their position.
