Subject - Evansville, IN Toys R Us
My wife and I recently Christmas shopped at the store in Evansville, IN. It was unfortunately, a terrible experience. When we walked in the front doors, there was not a cart to be found. The employees had plenty of them loaded with toys to be stocked back onto the shelves. I had to go out to the parking lot to try and find a cart (2 years in a row now.) It seemed to me that stuff was just put onto the shelves anywhere that there was a spot. There were for example, Little Live Pets in 3 different locations throughout the store. Also, the Yummie Nummies were just scattered about. It is a nightmare to try and find what you are looking for. I should be able to go one 1 aisle and see all the selections for a certain toy line that I am there to buy. Lastly, this shopping excursion was within 2 weeks of Christmas. There are plenty of registers at this store, yet only 2 were open. You could see a handful of employees just wondering around the store. My cashier was needing help and when he asked over the walkie talkie, the girl on the other end said that that was his department and he would have to do it. She was one of the employees just walking around not getting anything accomplished. When my wife and I finally found what we were there to buy and mange to get checked out, I had to walk in front of my cart and move 4 or 5 carts loaded down with toys to be able to make it out the front door. It\'s amazing that people still come and shop at this location. I don\'t expect to hear back from you, I just wanted to let you know about one of your stores and a few possible ways to fix it.
Sincerely,
-Brandon H
