Hello my name is Cory Ricketts and i am a big fan of toys r us every since i was a little boy. I have never had a problem and is the only place my daughter wants to shop at. However I did buy a Wii U recently and found out that the mom already purchased one and i was working out of town. So, I sent my little brother to return with receipt so she could get something else but the associate told him it was after return date which wasn\'t true. She said there was a 15 day return period when it is really 30 days. So when i returned home i took it up there and explained the 30 day return policy and was again told no so i reached out to customer services again and was told i would get a phone call soon. So I waited waited and waited no call in return i called customer services once again and was told sorry they would have someone call me soon and again no call back. It is over 30 days now for sure but that is not my fault if i could have taken it back the first two times I went to toys r us and was told no plus the associates where extremely rude. The was treating me like I stole it or something and i shop here every week. I don\'t know what else to do and loosing my faith in doing business with Toys R Us. I have had to return one thing in the past 10 years and it was replaced no problem because the nerf gun was not working. That was over six years ago so I don\'t understand why they are giving me such trouble and talking to me like a dog. I was very respectful to them the entire time even when they where rude to me. I have never had to deal with something like this before and it really upsets me. I would like to shop here like usual but cannot do that with this kind of service from associates within the company. How do I know more about policies than the employee\'s when i have used it one time a long time ago? Hope something is figured out I have a wii u still in box with receipt sitting in my safe because, I have no need for two. The other one was also purchased through Toys R Us as well, I just need to figured something out cause, I have not been back since they where rude and my little girl is upset at me because, we always get her toys if she gets good grades and smiley faces all week in school. Please help me these consoles are not cheap and i need to get her something else that she wants and doesn\'t already own. Thanks hope your Sunday goes well. Any help/direction will be appreciated.
