Hello David Brandon, my name is Lupe Vargas. I am recently a new mom to a beautiful baby girl. I had registered for babies r us because I felt it was the easiest place to get everything, and easiest for my friends & family members to buy. However, everything seemed to be going okay until I placed an order online for "pick-up" in store before my baby arrived I wanted to make sure I had my items, and that\'s when things got really bad. I placed numerous and numerous calls to the customer service line with no help. My package was not accepted at babies r us and was sent to an unk post office in Modesto, Ca where no one knew where it was and I had to call every single post office in Modesto to find my package. During this time I delivered my baby and all my items that I was supposed to have ready, I have yet to recieve 1.) Thermometer, ( in which my husband had to rush and buy one at a grocery store because my baby had a fever), 2.) Enfamil formula 20oz, ( in which I had to also buy because w. 3.) Head Support e didn\'t buy any because we were supposed to already have it). 4.) JJ Cole Head Support for our infant car seat for when we left the hospital in which WE DID NOT HAVE 4.) and nasal oral aspirator. All these items were placed over the phone for in-store pick up the next day on Sept 28th, 2016. Needless to say, my address was the babies r us address of modesto ca not mine. Teh shipping address was: 3500 Sisk Rd Modesto Ca.. I live at 855 Villa Vista CT in Oakdale, not Modesto. Today is October 26, 2016 and my package has yet to been found. During this time I called babies r us and they said that it was shipped to a local post office in Modesto in which they stated might be there so my husband and I drove our 1 1/2 week old to pick up the package and they said that they would look into it and call me back. Needless to say, the post office never called me back so i called them back 1 day later and Tony stated that it was just put on the Fed Ex truck and ready to be shipped back to Sacramento. (seriously....)... after numerous calls to babies r us customer service,.. "Here is one of about 10 REFERENCE and CASE #\'s 160-927-0029-93 from all the multiple times I have called with no luck. I am beyond shocked, upset, disappointed, and in awe that a company so huge can have the WORST customer service. Nobody could help me!? This is unacceptable to have to go through something like this during my time of becoming a new mom. I was excited to use my gift certificates with this purchase and now I am just upset and disappointed that it ended this way. My package today states that it is delivered and in GROVEPORT, OH......TRACKING # 926-129-99981-60721-465-741
I hope that you can train your employees to become better customer service agents and offer more help or some sort of compensation for this huge massive mess, because yesterdays call ended with, "oh, our computers are down and a manager cant speak with you right now, but i put you in next in the "Q" and they will call you right back." Did i recieve a call back? NO.-

Thanks David, I really hope you can get to the bottom of this, I am beyond upset to continue calling.
