Terry Downham sent a message to Mark Fields that said:

Dear Sir
I hope you get this email we\'ll see, I have been a proud Ford owner for 40 years (8 new vehicles), for the next four days I still own a 2003 Ford F-250 Superduty 6.0 with 150,000 actual miles, the truck is in immaculate condition except for the motor. I have had my truck lay down on me several times and had to have it towed, it\'s been in the shop at least 13 times since 2004, I have had injectors, glow plugs, EGR valves and numerous other things worked on to a tune of over 9,000 dollars, don\'t let me forget about the wheel bearings on both front wheels before 60\'000 miles, this past weekend 7/2/17- 7/9/17 I took my two young granddaughters from my house in Winston Salem N.C. to Pigeon Forge Tenn. pulling a 31\'0 travel trailer that truck would not get out of it\'s own way.......there is again something wrong with the motor no throttle response,no power, so instead of getting it fixed I\'m going to switch to Dodge, I need something to pull my camper. but what upsets me the most you people (Ford) knew about this motor since 2004 and I paid 5,000 dollars optional equipment for that 6.0. Just to add I have a 1988 Ford F-150 with 300 inline 6 I put over 300,000 miles on that truck and never touched the motor except for normal wear and tear in fact I mailed somebody at ford pictures of the inside of the oil pan at 304,000 miles so they could see it was so clean that you could eat out of the pan, and I still have the truck (495,031 and the only thing it has had is an in frame overhaul. I still have the work orders and receipts for my truck after I trade trucks I will start posting on social media.
Thanks
