As an established telecommunications business, do you know & understand just how hard you (as a business) are to do business with? as a customer for almost 25 years I have seen Vodafone grow, I cringe now when 1 of your tele sales call me because EVERYTIME they don\'t deliver on what their promise is or their is a catch!! I have spent in excess of 30 mins on a 3 calls today 1 of which was inbound 2 of which to follow up on the promise of price reduction & contract enhancements & STILL no better off. Month on month im being charged additional costs because my tariff has not been changes, notes state their should have been a change - have I been refunded? NO!!!! It\'sdown to me to continue to follow up which is why I have come to you as almost my last resort before I cancel my direct debit & request telephone conversations under the freedom of information action when Vodafone take me to court for non payment. These calls clearly accept liability & express my continued frustration..... I am reaching out to you to before I take these extreme measure to prove a point!!
