Mark Goldes sent a message to John Koch that said:
Dear John Koch, I was supplied with a POD having a defective door. It could not be opened except by an extremely strong individual. I reported the problem and was contacted by a POD employee. He stated it was a factory defect and the POD would need to be returned to the factory for repair as it could not be fixed in the field. I expected it to be promptly removed. However, after it was not, I called and explained the problem and asked for it to be removed and it finally was. I was astonished to find that I was charged and am still being charged for this defective POD. It was received from your Santa Rosa CA facility. Please refund all charges! Thank you.
