I did send a nice long letter explaining the tactics used at BBT to bilk people who are just making ends meet lives harder and probably without total understanding but you can ask your wife to take a look at my account from dates 8-6-18 through the 10th and see if she thinks I deserve 3 overdrafts. I hate your bank and the people who whisk away how the patrons are being robbed of their money.
