As an African American male, she 69, I need to file a complaint against one of your stewards. She say her name is Shelia. I was a passenger on Flight Number 4104 on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Shelia treated me differently than the white males seated on Row 12 D-E and 12-A. She spent a total of at least 45 minutes talking and socializing with those white male passengers. I asked her for more pretzels andshe never did bring the pretzels until about 30 minutes later when I asked a second time. She was not courteous to me and presented a rude presentation. She was also providing the white males with free drinks but I was never offered free drinks. I was intimidated over the way I was treated. I have been flying Southwest for many years but after this experience I am considering terminating flying Southwest. I am not pleased.
