I have enjoyed being a member of Costco for many years. Recently I have purchased hearing aids at Costco In Livermore, Ca, which were returned, and then in Concord, Ca. The aids need adjusting.
The waiting for service is taxing and in my opinion not up to the high standards that I have experienced with Costco in the past. You should remedy this situation as I am about to return the hearing aids I purchased at Costco because of this.
