My name is Pranjal Dutt having the number 9350082821 using it from a long time , this is to let you know that from 2017 i am continuously complaining about the internet speed issue , these are the complaint number from 2015 for the issues i am facing :

this number 1 oct 2017 79939575 which is currently going on for the same internet speed issue , but still no resolution provided to me ,
when i called to customer care they told me to replace the sim from the airtel store i replaced sim many times but issue not resolved ,

they told me that my device having issue so i cross checked device with other device , but no solution ,

so for just confirming the issue i purchased new device but still the issue is same ,

all other company sim like Vodafone and jio are working fine with awesome speed and having the 4g and volte signals and yes with high speed ,

Till date issue is as it it as it was in 2017 , every month i am spending 300 to 600 rs on this number just for bad internet speed , every time i want to port out your team called me and told me to stay on this as we are resolving this issue , and unfortunately every time i fooled by airtel team .
so many times your airtel speed check engineer came to my house for the survey and go back with the report that yes there is issue at the location , but let me tell you that the speed issue is 90 % every where , signals are full , with 4g 3g and h+ mentioned over it , but the speed never goes above 10 mbps , today's speed that i checked was 2 mbps from outside of the house and 0.5 mbps inside the house .
every time on complaint booking your team gave me false assurance that sir it will take 120 days to resolve this issue and by this i wait every time to be fooled again and again.

i am really fed by paying bills every time every month , must go to consumer court for the compensation of bills that i am paying from 2017 and must withdraw other airtel number also having in my family , i know that you guys don't have any issue if i withdraw 1 , 2 or even 10 airtel connection as its very small thing to you but for us its a very big peace of mind .
