I have re-negotiated rates/terms for 2 properties under a very large corporation. The negotiations have been going on since January 2018. I thought it was completed. After all, I do have new terms in writing and appropriate signature from Windstream. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I have been trying to resolve this for many months to no avail. I no longer want to be tossed around in the Customer Service pool in hopes of receiving a phone call. Frankly, I am tired and amazed at the hoops I have had to jump through. Please help me to resolve this issue or at the very least a valid contact /number that will resolve this once and for all.
