I just wanted to thank you for bringing back quality into the Toyota cars since the 2010 issues you had with Toyota's. My husband is an applied physicist and studied with Dr. Taguchi last century and his design of experiments. He was so impressed with how Dr. Taguchi could design a car with high quality for the good of society. It was such a revolution in dealing with variability. It is such a useful scientific concept.
