Hello, I really need some help getting my issues addressed I have spent so much time dealing with store agents and customer service reps as well as supervisors and nothing has been done. Please see my concern below.
I Came to the sprint store located at 1307 W Lane Rd, Machesney Park, IL 61115 815-633-7126 was helped by Dale Mailhoitn,, I started new service got the S9+ paid full retail price for the device $912.00 + tax up front, as I did not want to put my device on a lease plan that will cause additional fees on my monthly bill as well as being put on a contract. Received my 1st bill from sprint everything seemed fine Until the 2nd bill came where all of a sudden I was being charged for subsidize phone charges a total of 45.83 as they are also prorating my 1st month. Upon multiple conversations and spending over a week trying to resolve this with sprint and being bounced back and forth and getting hung up multiple times by reps as well as promised multiple call backs from supervisors that never return my calls. I was finally referred back to the store to resolve the issue by a costumer service "Supervisor" I was informed since they set me up on a contract the only way to fix this was in store. I had to drive 30 minutes to the store where I was helped by the Dale once again. He contacted their dealer line, after spending over an hour I was assured everything was fixed only to turn around and find out not a thing was done as charges still appeared on my bill and the contract was still active, not sure if I was informed of this so that I would leave as it was store closing time already by that time. I had to spend an additional 3 days going back and forth trying to resolve this issue with sprint and it has been a nightmare I always get told to allow between 24-72 hours for my bill to reflect credits and it is still an ongoing issue. I am so ready to go back to Verizon after not even 2 months!! Please help me resolve this issue as this has caused many headaches and my anxiety levels are getting through the roof as they are causing so many problems with my husband as he feels it is something that I did since this charges are on my line and this is not something I did on my end nor my mistake.
