I invested in my 401k through Mass Mutual for well over twenty five years and unfortunately I was let go by my company. I have since gained employment and the company uses Fidelity for 401k's.I wanted to rollover my 401k from Mass Mutual to Fidelity but I made a mistake on the paperwork by requesting the lump sum be made out in my name only.The policy at Mass Mutual is clear that once the taxes are withheld anyone whom I have contacted doesn't have the authority to undo anything. I respect that and was hoping an exception could be made on my behalf. I would like to stress that this is my life savings and I need to reinvest all of the money back into my 401k for retirement.Thank you Joseph H. Norton
