Mr. Allen, I purchased a 2017 355R Lawn Mower from Tri-Green (931967-5144) in Winchester TN in April of 2017 with the gold service plan. I have had the unit in for warranty work eight times and it is there now. I am very disappointed with this unit. I saved up my money to buy this unit hoping that I was buying the best lawn mower on the market. This is not the case. I have a case number with Customer Care GSC-10665. I got 33 hours on the unit and 10 of them was put on by the unit being in for service. I know that you care about all your customers big or small and I will wait to hear from you.
